I had a great stay at this hotel near Taksim Square. the staff were very helpful and attentive, making my experience enjoyable. Secondly, the location is fantastic, with many shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. Lastly, the rooms with balconies offered a lovely view and added a nice touch to my stay. Additionally, breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Taksim Square, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. It is also very close to the Metro, providing easy access to other attractions. the rooms are clean and tastefully furnished, with modern amenities like TV with lots of channels. the staff is friendly and always ready to help, ensuring a pleasant stay. Plus, the hotel offers free water and quality linens, adding to the overall comfort.
Some guests have reported that the WiFi access points outside of the lobby were not working during their stay.

Convenient location near Taksim Square. Clean rooms with daily service. Helpful staff fluent in Arabic, English, and Turkish. Close to public transportation. Avoid noise by staying on upper floors.

Great location near Taksim Santa Lucia, helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Although the wifi had some issues, overall our stay was enjoyable. We appreciated the early check-in and the variety of TV channels. We would recommend this hotel. a pleasant experience at Taksim Santa Lucia.
